VENUE

The forum will be held at the Hotel Senhimemonogatari in Nikko, which is located at the entrance of the great nature, "Okunikko" of Japan. It is apart about 100 km north from Tokyo.







1. From Narita International Airport.
The main international airports is the Narita Airport. From this airport, to the venue, there are two ways; by "Airport Highway Shuttle Bus" or" JR train". Highway bus is convenient and cheaper.

1-1 Airport Highway Shuttle Bus
At the Narita Airport, take a Shuttle bus at the bus terminal in Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, depending on the arrival terminal of your airplane, to the JR Utsunomiya Station. The bus terminal at the airport is shown below.



At the Utsunomiya Station, then take a local JR train to Nikko Station using the JR Nikko-line. The bus arriving terminal at the Utsunomiya Station is shown below.



At the Nikko Station, take a taxi or a local bus. You can use also a microbus of the Hotel Senhimemonogatari. For the hotel microbus, please call the hotel from the Nikko Station (Tel: 0288-54-1010). From the NIkko Station to the hotel, it takes about 10 min.









1-2 JR Train
At the Narita airport, take a Limited Express Train, "the Narita Express" to Tokyo Station.
Then take a Super Express train, "the Tohoku-Shinkansen" to Utsunomiya Station.
At the Utsunomiya Station, then take a local JR train of JR NIkko-line to the Nikko Station, as stated above. At the Nikko Station, take a local bus or a taxi or a microbus of the Hotel Senhimemonogatari as also stated above.

2. From Haneda International Airport
At the Haneda airport, take a Tokyo monorail train to Hamamatsucho Station.Then at Hamamatsucho Station, take a train either Yamanote-line or Keihintohoku -line to Tokyo Station. At Tokyo Station, change to Super-express Train of Tohoku Shinkansen-line to Utsunomiya Station. Then, at the Utsunomiya Station, take a local train in JR Nikko line to the Nikko Station. At the Nikko Station, take a local bus or taxi. You can use also a microbus of the Hotel Senhimemonogatari.

3. Hotel Senhimemonogatari
The conference is held in the second floor of the hotel.

Wirwless internet can be used in the conference room, but not in the guest rooms.
