- Any vice chairperson can send written application for hosting the 2nd next Asiatrib to the chairperson responsible for the next Asiatrib.
- The chairperson should hold an AISC meeting where each operation plan of the 2nd next Asiatrib should be presented and discussed.
- The decision for the 2nd next Asiatrib shall be made, by means of voting if needed, at the AISC meeting, during the next Asiatrib.
