一般講演募集会告の「予稿集原稿の作成」にご案内致しましたように，電子情報化（講演予稿原稿の電子ファイルとしての保管，検索利用など）による会員サービス向上のため，春・秋トライボロジー会議ともに予稿集原稿（ハードコピー２部）とともに，PDFでの提出もお願いしています．従って以下をご参照頂き，的確に提出をお願いします（提出期限は８月末日です）．

In order to improve services for members through digitalization of information, authors are asked to submit their manuscript for the proceedings in a PDF file, along with two copies of the print-out (The deadline is the end of August).

1. PDFファイルの作成と提出の手順：

     Preparation and submission of PDF file:

完成した予稿集原稿を(1)PDFファイル形式で保存し，そのPDFファイルを，下記「PDF送付先」のアドレス宛まで(2)電子メールの添付ファイルで送付願います．
Save your manuscript as a PDF file and send the below address as an attached file, in accordance with the below procedures.

(1)　PDFファイル形式での保存

        How to save your manuscript as a PDF file

·         文書作成ソフトから直接，「PDFで保存／PDFに変換」できる場合，もしくは，印刷メニューのプリンタ選択（プリンタ・セレクタ）から「PDFで保存」が選択できる場合は，その機能を使ってPDFに変換して下さい．

　If your word-processing software have a PDF converter, please use it. Select “Save as a PDF file” in print menu.

·         その他のPDF変換ソフトをお使いの方は，お使いのソフトの手順に従って下さい．

　If you have other conversion softwares, please use it.

·         〔PDF変換ソフト（Windows環境向け）の例〕Acrobat 7.0 Standard (Adobe社)，pdMaker for Office (AIsoft社)，いきなりPDF (ソースネクスト)など

　Example of conversion softwares: Acrobat 7.0 Standard (Adobe), pdMaker for Office (AIsoft), IKINARI PDF (Source Next)

·         保存するPDFファイル名は，次節の第4項「メール添付ファイルの名前」の付け方に従うことを推奨します（別名で保存した後、コピー／リネームすることは勿論構いません）．

　PDF file is recommended to be named in accordance with the fourth instruction of the below section.

(2)　電子メールによる送付

        How to send a PDF file

·         メールの題名（件名，Subject）は “FallNagoyaFirst author’s namePDF” として下さい．

“Subject” of the email should be “FallNagoyaFirst author’s namePDF”, if you submit the paper to the International Forum.

·         同じ筆頭者氏名で複数投稿する場合は “FallNagoyaFirst author’s namePDF” の「#」の位置に，算用数字の1，2，3，．．．を付記して区別して下さい．

If the author submit more than one papers, “Subject” of the email should be “FallNagoyaFirst author’s namePDF#”.

·         メール本文は不要です．PDFファイルの添付を忘れないで下さい．

Text of the email is not necessary. Be sure to attach your PDF file.

·         メール添付ファイルの名前は，全て半角文字で"0809xxx.pdf"（xxxの部分は，講演申込み御完了時に返信させていただくメールに記載の“申込問い合わせ番号”）としてください．

The PDF file should be named "0809xxx.pdf" in half-size characters (xxx (three digit number) is the inquiry number written in the e-mail which is automatically sent just after you complete your application of presentation on the conference HP ).

·         電子メールを使用できない環境におられる方は，事務局(TEL 03-3434-1926)までお問い合わせ下さい．

If you can not use the internet, please contact the JAST secretariat (TEL +81- 3-3434-1926).
