ACCOMMODATION
Participants are requested to stay in the Hotel Hagi-komachi. This is because the Hotel-Hagi-komachi has accepted the forum in the
condition that the participants stay in this hotel without special reason.
The organizer of "TRIBOCHEMISTRY HAGI 2011" has booked enough
number of rooms for the participants to stay in the Hotel Hagikomachi with
the following special room rates. Most of the rooms are Japanese style
and only two rooms are European style.
Room charges iclude room rate including breakfirst and service charge,
evenign dinner (JPY 3,000) and the consumptin tax (5%). However, for the
two nights on the forum days, on October 26 and 27, the hotel charges include
breakfirst but not include evening dinner, since we will have a welcoming
reception and a banquet in these two days. Hotel assignment will be made
on a first-come, first-served basis.

A microbus from the Hotel Hagi-komachi will pick the guest up to the hotel.The
fare is free.
When you go to ITC-Hiroshima or return to your home, the micribus of the
Hotelhagi-komachi also pick you up at the Hotel Hagikomachi to the Higashi-hagi
Station. The fare is free.Then please take a JR-bus or a Bocho-bus to the
Shin-Yamaguchi Station with your own money.
However, for the participants stayed in the Hotel Hagikomachi, who would
like to leave for the Shin-Yamaguchi Station just after the Social Tour
to the Castle Town, the hotel microbuses take them to the Shin-yamaguchi
Station with free of the bus fare. Please note that only the participants who stayed in the Hotel Hagi-komachi
can take the microbus to the Shin-yamagchi Station with free of the bus
fare.
