| VISA Information |
| A valid passport is required to enter Japan. In addition, some foreign nations require a visa: please contact the Japanese Consulate or diplomatic mission in your country at least three months before your departure for Japan. For details, please check with the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html) or contact the Japanese Embassy in your country since required steps to obtain visas vary from country to country. To request a set of documents to obtain visas to the Secretariat, prior registration to WORLD TRIBOLOGY CONGRESS 2009 is required. |
